Mark Cannizzaro was a member of the seventh Cahn Fellows cohort in 2009 as Principal of I.S. 075 Frank D. Paulo in Staten Island, NY. He remained principal through June 2012, when he was asked by the Council of School Supervisors and Administrators (CSA) President Ernest Logan to join the CSA leadership as executive vice president, where he served for five years, until September 2017, when Logan retired and Cannizzaro was elected president where he served until 2022 when he retired.  Mark was honored as a 2019 Leadership Award-Winner by LaborPress.org.
